Energy Exercise at Sillustani

When our Peruvian guide offered to lead us in an energy meditation at the ancient ruins of Sillustani, I was in.

 Just outside of Penu, Peru, not far from Lake Titicaca lie the archaeological remnants of Sillustani. In addition to the massive towers and other ruins, there’s a significant magnetic force measurable by a compass. Apparently, this had a great deal to do with how popular the site was in its prime as a meditation spot. Who knew?
